On August 31, 2025, the Sao Mai Agricultural Products Processing Plant (Quang Ngai) held its grand opening in celebration of the 80th National Day. In this key project, Phu Hai M&E was honored to be the contractor for the Fire Protection systems across Factory Clusters 1, 2, and 3. Leveraging our deep technical expertise, we ensured the systems operated safely and met all engineering standards from day one. Han Jardin is a luxury mixed-use residential complex located at Plot N01-T6 in the Diplomatic Corps Area (Hanoi), featuring two 45-story towers. Phu Hai M&E served as the General MEP Contractor for the development, meeting the stringent technical requirements of this large-scale project. Our scope of work included the installation of electrical systems, fire protection, extra-low voltage (ELV), ventilation, and plumbing & drainage systems.
